  Wines while dining in Montreal; 10/18/2023-10/21/2023 (Montreal, QC): PnP. So much pure Nebbiolo fruit that is still open-knit and plush. Beautiful spice and floral accents throughout. Excellent freshness and precision with the balance and bones to age glacially.

  So round and sweet palate, great complexity, a fine grid of tannins framing an array of berries, dried rose petals and leather.
  
  This drinks shockingly well now, for me it's not clear that extensive cellaring serves a purpose for this wine.

  Very elegant wine but a bit more deep, ripe and reserved than the Tre Tine 2018. I guess my preference is more towards the Rinaldi. However, this was very, very similar. Incredible depth and attractiveness. As the Tre Tine, I did prefer this directly out of the bottle with only very little air - I guess it is the 2018 vintage?
  drink now and the next 10-15 years (I prefer to keep the freshness and vibrancy in my Barolos).
