Nicolas Joly Coulee de Serrant 1962 - 1995: Day 1 - poured through Coravin: Milky and buttery nose, it is rather full bodied and fat. Almods? Something brandy like on the nose? More lush than the rest of the vintages, there are pleasant milky honey notes. Not surprising - we learn than it had some 15g/l of sugar in it!
Day 2 - the bottle is opened: Dense, aromatic, full bodied quince. Sugar gives a nice lift to this wine. Gorgeous moeulleux.

Excellent. This has some sugar. Not on label, but probably it is demi sec.
