  like-new cork; dark violet; little/no bricking; dark & red fruit, lots of cracked-black pepper, hint of other spices; nicely resolved tannins; light on its toes for 15% ABV; still has lots of life left but doubt if it will improve

  A year ago I thought this might be fading ever so slightly. Not now, it's come roaring back. Cherry red in color, faint translucence, no browning. Bright cherry, raspberry nose. Beautiful fruit, darkly accented cherry and raspberry, bit of a savory note, elegant. Refined tannins, nice acidity, great balance. Finishes long with bright bramble fruits. This could go another 5 years at least. It feels vibrant and youthful. 68% Zinfandel, 16% Carignan, 16% Petite Sirah.

  The nose is quite expressive with blackberries and blueberries. Rich plum fruit on the palate with strong notes of blackberry and black cherry. Fine tannins, great acidity and balance. Finishes moderately long with dark fruits. Still giving a lot of pleasure, but fading ever so slightly. I think this will drink well for another 5 years. 68% Zin, 16% Carignane, 16% Petite Sirah. 14.8% ABV but no detectable heat.

  Rich, mature mix of oak and black fruit flavours with complexity and balance. Still plenty of years ahead.

  Deep purple black in colour with clear rim. Bouquet is a rich mix of vanilla and mature black fruit. Palate is rich, well balanced with great depth of black fruit and oak flavours with a long tannic finish.
