  Still classic chianti with an hour of decanting and a few more years to go at least in magnums

  A little rustic on the nose with mocha, dill & citrus. Medium body and tannins - not a lot of fruit but mostly spice, leaves, tea.
  Slow oxed for about 3.5-4h before drinking.

Good acidity and persistence - a classic Chianti hitting on all cylinders right now, and the type of wine that reinforces the notion that dollar for dollar, it's hard to beat Chianti for providing value.
