Cherry-red with quite some evolution in the rim. Aroma's of cherry on alcohol, raspberry, dried fruit, cedar and already some hints of leather and tobacco in the nose.
Same aroma's on the palate. Tannins are still very noticable.
Wine evolved nicely, but is already showing starting tertiairy aroma's and the green tannins will not change. A very pleasant wine, however.
Had this with roast beef, baked potatoes and meditteranean vegetables.

A very pleasant nose of coffee, chocolate and vanilla Quite harsh on the palate with still a lot of unripe tannins. Hints of black pepper, cedar and green paprika that make you think of a Medoc wine, but nothing that brings you back to Merlot or right bank Bordeaux. Medium long finish.
Not a bad wine, but not making up to it's name.
I still have two bottles left. Think I will keep one and try it towards the end of it's drinking window.

Tried this wine during a blind tasting with fellow wine lovers.
- Colour: medium intensity and viscosity, of course no evolution yet. Very young colour
- Nose: a very alcoholic nose, hints of spice
- Palate: A fruity start. Red fruit, floral. Lots of tannins, but no tannin bomb as you sometimes have with other young wines. Long finish
A very non-typical Pomerol. At this point not what I expect from LFP, or this price category, but most probably this wine is just too young. Will try it again in about 2 years, although I don't think it has a very big aging potential.

Cherry-red with some evolution in the rim. High viscosity
Intense and lactic in the nose. Aroma's of cedar, liquorice, shoe polish, cherry on alcohol and clove.
Very powerful start on the palate with aroma's of vanilla, chocolate, cedar, green paprika, prune and pepper. Long finish.
Hard and green tannins, however.
I know it's the difficult vintage of 2013, but despite of the difficulties, I think Moueix made a good wine.
