This has not changed much since we last drank it 3 years ago. Quite rich damson fruit, with concentration and length. A touch of fruitcake. Very good, indeed worthy, but perhaps not inspiring.

Tasted this at the Attila Gere Solus Vertical Tasting. Wines were tasted blind. This wine was included in the line-up as a control and comparison.
Ruby-garnet in colour. The ripe red fruits were evident, and so were the dark chocolate notes. Good balanced with elegance and precision.
