Beautiful bouquet with dark berries and beautiful oak and cedar. On the palate dark berries, firm and beautiful fresh acidity and round tannin. Chocolate. Luxurious and full bodied with a great length. Truly great wine in its very youthful drinking stage, but already a delicious pleasure.

Decanted for an hour and paired with hamburgers from the backyard grill, this wine was very distinctive and smooth. Notes of cherries and lighter red fruit, cedar and floral, the Le fleur Petrus continued to gain in complexity over the next two hours. I actually think the bottle would benefit from a few more years in the cellar, but what a beautiful and fun wine!

醒酒一个半小时，深宝石红偏石榴红色，闻香有些许青味，成熟黑果，带着些肉感，香草奶油，入口酸度中高，酒液咸，收口甜美，单宁紧涩，轻微的糊嘴，颗粒很细腻，草本的青味，黑加仑一类黑果香气，还有些果糖的甜，香气集中，酒体扎实，酒风强劲。风格很愉悦，酒液丝滑，在口中有粘稠感，余味是巧克力和黑果，香气悠长。继续醒酒一个小时，橡木桶的影响更加明显，巧克力和青椒味比之前更浓，状态持续攀升，不知何时才是它的最高点，又过一个小时再试，多了些石墨气息，依然非常强劲。一款强悍的酒，高质量水准，还没有进入适饮巅峰期，最少还有十年可以进一步发展。

Dekantert. Taninbombe dag 1. Helt forskjellig fra sist flaske 1 år siden, som var årets beste. Tok jeg vesentlig sammen dag 2, imøtekommende, nesten innsmigrende. Hva er strategien neste år?

Grand Jury du Vin - Republic of Georgia; 11/1/2023-11/9/2023 (Republic of Georgia then stopover in Paris and Dijon): Wine 12 – Floral, black fruit, truffle, silky and airy, with very fine tannins and exceptional concentration.
Afterthought – This is a classic Pomerol from a great vintage.
