  Bouteille ouverte 30 min avant consommation. Robe encore rouge rubis. Nez exaltant et puissant de cuir, poivre, fruits rouges malgré ses 30 ans. En bouche légers tanins fondus. petits fruits et soupçon de vanille. Meilleur que mes deux autres bouteilles bues depuis 2 ans.

  Pour fêter le printemps... Bouteille et bouchon en parfaite condition, pas carafé mais ouvert 30 minutes avant consommation.
  Ma dernière bouteille et sans doute la meilleure, grenat tuilé, arômes bien marqués de goudrons, pétales de roses, chocolat noir, pas de notes de Porto comme dans bouteille précédente.
  La bouche est propre, droite, légèrement âpre, acide mais équilibrée. Belle fin de bouche mais la finale est toutefois un peu courte.

  Piedmont Night at Winil on March 16, 2018 (Winil, Moscow): 96+/100. FOREVER YOUNG
  
  Absolutely stellar magnum. Thin, refined cassis and black currant come together in a joyful and harmonious mix with tar and smoke.
  
  Weightless, light, not an ounce of heaviness in my glass - and so much of untamed energy!
  
  Doesn’t feel as 1990 at all - no, it’s a handsome forward in the youth league scoring a goal in the semi-finals at the last moment, making his way both to the cup and to the premier league. I am so re-evaluating Pio Cesare.
