Solid and a testament to the fine winemaking skills Jamie possesses. Crisp lemon, a tad bracing at times. Light straw in color with a very pleasant mid palate. If you were drinking it blind, one would peg it as a fine premier cru. Drink over the next five years.

Nose: Lemons and the usual fusile/oily minerality I get on this bottling. Palate: Still very fresh and vibrant even at almost 7 years old. Last bottle of this and it is rocking the house with bright lemons, firm acids and a lengthy elegant finish. Fantastic balance! 92+ points.

Bright lemon, flint, smoke, and a hint of walnut on the nose. The fruit on the palate has broadened and led to a broader mouth feel as this has matured, and the taunt acidity of its youth is now a zingy freshness. This is drinking wonderfully now.

Not nearly as vibrant and lovely as it was five years ago. Still a good wine made with a sense of place in a lean taut style. Lemon and chalk and stone, but all less so than before. A great first chard for this producer and something to be proud of, but on the slow decline IMO.

Very nice bottle of wine - high acid and a nice depth of fruit & mineral. The fruit is settling in, but acidity still very much alive. Since I value freshness in this style of wine (high acid, light to medium), this is probably at or just beyond peak for my palate. Definitely drink up and enjoy this in its prime.

Kutch Grand Tasting Round 1; 4/25/2022-5/3/2022 (FMIII in the OC): Yeah, this was WOTD for the whites. It always is and always will be. This was bright and clear colored. I have had a bottle, as has Jamie, that was darker and didn’t show the vibrancy. Cork issues? Maybe but it’s good to know that it’s not a vintage issue.
Flint and matchstick scream out of the glass. Strong acid and lemon spine but balanced. Finish is long long long.
I’m never tasted a better California Chardonnay.

Kutch Verticals--Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (My House): This showed very well, and in fact I believe it was the top white on most of the lists of those who were tasting it during the event. This bottle showed the smoky reduction that has been so intriguing about it with past bottles. There is even a kind of petrol note in the aroma, too. Honeyed pear, moderately spicy, orange and a flinty, citrusy finish that has real good length and persistence. This wine is getting closer to 10 years old and continues to be a complex, cool wine to luckily have a few more bottles of for the future.

Remarkably good. Really impressive. And this from someone rarely fond of CA Chards. Slightly reductive nose initially. Some toast, lemon peel, and a touch of salinity. Almost a marine quality. Wet stones. Incredible acidity keeps this very refreshing and lively - kept me coming from more, palate never tired. Sad that this is our last bottle. Would love to revisit in 2-3 and then 5-6 yrs.

This has become very harmonious and is drinking very well at the moment. Other recent notes have good descriptors, which I'll not repeat. But I did want to add that I expect this at least to hold at its current level for a while, and it may yet improve a bit too.

Fabulous showing; creamy texture and for my 0.02, at peak; as several others have noted. This is bursting with aromas of buttercream and lemon oil, with some toasty hazelnut. Some sun kissed fruit with good acidity despite it nearing the end of the development curve (at least based on this bottle).

Last of 3 bottles purchased on release, PnP, consumed over 4 hours. Appearance: Clear, medium lemon. Nose: Clean, medium intensity, aromas of wet stone, Meyer lemon, pear, and saline with subtle acacia floral notes. Palate: Dry, solid medium+ acid backbone, medium bodied, medium+ intensity, medium alcohol (12.5%), flavors of lemon peel, slightly under ripe pear, hay, and mineral notes with a long finish. Could easily be called a Burgundy (Chablis or Montrachet) with it's tart citrus and big acidic backbone Drinking very well at the moment, drink now or over the next 3 years.

Blind by FMIII (Maison - Dana Point): Blind: Paul and I immediately called this a Kutch Chardonnay but which one? I thought it might be a trout gulch.
Frank! I didn't know he was still hiding one of these in the cellar, I still have one in mind so it's certainly going to show up in a blind tasting at some point in the future. This is a white burgundy killer. Another popular guess at the table was a puligny. I don't even know what that is. LOL
Just the perfect Chardonnay.

Blind Tasting with the guys (Maison Cafe in Dana Point, CA): A few of us had been threatening each other for over a year to open one of these so I decided to blind the group on it last night. My sense is that the wine is starting to mature and settle in. It remains balanced and still possesses the capacity to fool folks that this is white burgundy, even so last night. Apples, wet stone, spice and a texture that is terrific. Aging really well.

My last bottle and may be the best yet. Straw yellow. Lemon, lime, pear, pineapple and green apple aromas. Apple, lemon, lime, pear, pineapple, mineral flavors with a touch of honey and oak. Great balance, good acidity. Smooth finish. No sign of declining.

Just killer for an appellation level wine. The nose is a dead ringer for high end Meursault with beautiful matchstick, hazelnut, and toasty orchard fruit. Palate has zingy acidity and minerals married to concentrated orchard fruits. Long, chiseled finish.
Really enjoying this. Lemon, some California richness on the front and on the mid-palate, but I don't think I'd call CA blind. Unfortunately my last bottle. Very nice.

Shy nose with some faint honey and lemon rind. More expressive palate with lots of lemony acid. This wine could use about 20 percent less acid and around 50 percent more fruit. Pretty good with pecan crusted salmon but overall sort of disappointing.

Very tight. Mineral driven. The fruit is in the background now. Great acidity. Like Chablis in many ways with all the lime, mineral and green apple type notes. I like it quite a bit. Waiting for it to unfold.

Several years since I last opened one and it has only gotten better. Not showing any signs of aging. Still bright and crisp with good acidity. Aromas and flavors of lemon, lime, pear and green apple, a defininte mineral component, no oak noted. Great smooth finish. Not bitter or harsh. I have 2 bottles left and no hurry to open.

I have one of these left and I'm not touching it. Famous last words. Just an incredible Chardonnay and stunning in the fact that it was Jamie's first time. It's tropical, fresh, ripe pineapple with flint and reductive note. Lemon and lime palate with bright acidity. This will shine amongst the best Chardonnay in the world. I'm hoping it ages into something even more spectacular and there's nothing that leads me to think differently.

July 2019 Kutch Visit (Jamie's Pad in SFO): Drank as part of a complete vertical of all Kutch Chards (14-17, to include Trout Gulch). We started oldest wine, of course the 2014, which for me has been a fantastic wine bottle after bottle. This one performed as well. Flinty, citrusy nose. Apple, pear with a flinty, lemony rainwater finish, which gives it structure and tension. This remains distinctive, a superior Chard that keeps on trucking along.

Reduction, green apples, flint, and chamomile on the nose. Good acidity, lemon, green apples, and citrus notes on the palate. Good, lingering finish. This needs time, I’m curious how it will turn out it 5+ years... 93+

Wednesday Mini on the Deck (Rocknroller's (Kevin & Vicki's Place)): Light gold color. Drank a glass plus over an hour. Lots of toasted oak on the nose and palate; some briny minerality, medium bodied, dry stones, lemon, and a touch of peach. I like it and the style; however, the oak is still too dominant for me. This may mellow further in a couple years.

Chill Wines at Kevin's (Kevin's (Rocknroller) House): Nose: Present but judicious oak with ripe lemons. Palate: Just the right amount of toast with lemons showing in perfect proportions. On par with notes from last June.

Still quite acidic, almost to the point of harsh. I’ve got another bottle, but will hold for a number of years to see if some of the acidity fades. On the upside, really like the flavor profile.

i admittedly have an affinity for wines from this site. this bottle showed very nicely -- super impressive. shimmering medium yellow. great texture and tension. a little matchstick but not too much after a decant. bright acid. i slightly preferred the 2016 AR trout gulch but this is an excellent wine.

Lemon & lime citrus, as well as a variety of apples. High acidity without being the least bit sour. A little hint of oak. Pretty well integrated after being open an hour. Way more French style than California, which suits me just fine.

Similar to the bottle I had in January 2017, but shows more reduction than I recall. Last year I said the wine reminded me of a Lamy. Had I been served this bottle blind, I might have guessed PYCM. Really nice wine - wish I had a few more to follow over the next 5+ years.

Served double blind to ~10 friends. The whole group was in White Burgundy. The nose here is gorgeous and soaring -- rich, reductive, Coche-y white fruits. Palate is dense. What I'd equate to ripe year 1er Cru or Grand Cru concentration. Terrific balancing acidity. A marvel at 12% abv. Keep 'em coming just like this Jamie.
Prompted by the recent WB thread on "best California Chardonnay consumed in last 5 years", my first of 3 bottles. Pop and pour, consumed over 3 hours. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, sugared pear, saline, lemon rind, with hints of white flowers. Palate: Medium bodied, lemon and pear, with a metallic - steel component, solid acidic backbone appears mid-palate, tart citrus and minerals come together nicely in the back-end and linger through a 30-45 second finish. Not my personal best California chardonnay, but quite exceptional nonetheless.

July 2018 Kutch Visit (Jamie's Pad in SFO): This wine continues to be such a rock star of a Chardonnay. That lightly smoky aromatic of reduction, with a pure fruited lemon and honey palate, then the long, flinty finish. The core is citrus, tangerine and just pure. Still one of the best CA Chards I have ever tasted and it's aging along beautifully.

Rich and delicious; not exactly what I would expect from Jamie as it not necessarily the same Burgundian-style of his Pinots but excellent nevertheless. My number two Chardonnay of the year. Beautiful nose of little white flowers, peach, citrus and almond; similar palate with a little more lemon/lime zestiness; a little bigger texture than expected; great acid as usual.

Last tasted 10/2016; notes from a blind tasting; Coravin-ed. Aromas developing, ripe and dried yellow apple, peach and preserved lemon. Classic matchstick from reduction. Limited oakiness on the nose; maybe a hint of vanilla. Juicy juicy on the palate, citrus juice mostly (lemon and lime), with more of the matchstick quality. Yellow and green apple, and hints again at the new oak. Bone dry and super high acidity. Clearly a cool-climate wine. My buddy called it 2010 1ere cru White Burg. This is really in a delicious place right now. Plenty of life left.

Nose: Wonderful toasty French oak aromas remind me of Mersault. Also aromas of spice pear, apples and floral traces. Solid nose. Palate: Big yet appropriate acidity with fresh lemons and an elegant, medium length finish. I would lose a lot of money betting this as Burgundy but it is a dead ringer for Mersault. Superb and my first Kutch wine. Glad I have a nice assortment of his wines in the cellar. Also really dig the 12.75% alc level which is low even for Burgundy. Kudos to Jamie Kutch.

Popped and poured, medium yellow-gold. Effusive nose of citrus zest, flint, verbena, jasmine and additional florals. Smooth mouthfeel is untamed by racy acidity. Pronounced flavors of ripe apple, subtle stone fruits, grain (saffron rice?) and an impression of minerals. With additional air, a panoply of fruit emerges...think pear, fruit cocktail, pineapple, etc. It's like wow! A study in balance kept honest through deliberate tension, this is drinking perfectly right now and should continue to for some years to come -- a real head-turner and then some.

This was really good. Great tension and body...balanced. White flower, stone fruits, mineral, flinty. about 10 months ago i noted that i could have assumed St Aubin...today its better and i would guess Puligny if blind.

Nose shows a very present tropical fruit, flinty-reductive aroma thing. Very deep, exotic nose. Palate is laser-focused with green apple and lime zings. Light on its feet and a backbone that is flinty-minerals and hints of sulfur, Acid is here with a rich penetrating finish. Very fine.
Tasted blind. A bit muted nose. Obviosly a chardonnay. Medium color. Some unbalanced acidity on the nose and the palate. Perhaps it needs some more air? Still a very powerful and intense wine. Actually about 10 cl of this wine was forgotten in the open bottle after the evening was over, and the next day I corked it and put it away for 2 more days in a cold room. Even after that treatment, the wine showed a lot more when tasting it again. Air had done it good, and it shone with floral notes, power, balance and genuine chardonnay fruit. Very good. But needs air at this point. Lots of air.

This bottle is from my original July 2016 order (for my benefit here, as I have sourced some since then via Winebid). Opened this about an hour ago, just letting it get some slow ox and get a little colder for serving blind later. I suspect this will change in the next few hours but allow me to post this initial note for those who may want to open and enjoy a bottle without the benefit of air. The bottle at this stage is beautiful, with a flint/slate backbone that was prominent in my previous bottle from 2 months ago. Yellow apple and some reduction in the aromatic. The palate has a sexy mix of lime skin, a creamy-like lemon and apple. The finish is long, slatey and the acidity carries so well. A few hours later, we crushed right through this bottle over dinner as it continued to show all the acidity, flint and purity of the fruit. As I have said in past notes and comments about this wine, it's a true CA gem of a chardonnay and in the elite for me of what Chard can do.

Drinking through these way too quickly, but at least staying away from my '15s! The bruised apple comes through stronger in this. Intense acidity. Nice smoky flint came through as it warmed up on day two.

Not a bad first try at chardonnay! Why did I only buy one bottle? This will definitely please the AFWE folks and possibly others. So much lemon and salinity you go to chablis first, but oddly it became more puligny with air and time. I'm thinking lately that the santa Cruz mountains can be that way, and the producers there are doing a fantastic job. So much life left in this wine. Under 13% alcohol and inexpensive and delicious.

This pleasant and lemony wine is drinking well right now, but it doesn't have the density or complexity to be that exciting, at least to me. Light yellow, almost silver in color; medium in body; nose of lemon peel and crushed rock. Subdued tastes of pear, orange rind, quince, and saline, with a round and watery finish. 12.75% alcohol. Drink now.
This struck me as a wine that tries hard to be elegant - but ends up being kind of boring. I fully understand that one person's "subtle" wine can be another person's "simple" wine, but I'm in the latter camp when it comes to this bottle. Those who love Chablis, Oregon Chardonnay, and light CA Chardonnay (e.g., Rhys) should definitely give this a try; it is well-made and avoids the acidic extremes of some lighter whites. To my palate, though, this wine was thin and uninteresting.

Last bottle. Blinded a friend who said "Savennieres?" Apt for this lean, tightly wound wine. I've had three bottles all with commonalities but 3 different reactions. I'm thinking slightly more brix would have made this Grand Cru. Fascinating wine. Excellent.

Same btl R&Rler & Brad E. Loved having the opportunity to taste this wine and it was largely in my wheelhouse but, I think, the oak treatment has somehow imparted a bitter edge on the finish that detracted significantly for me from everything else I was digging on the front end. This would otherwise be a 92pts wine for me and I'd love to try another blt or vintage down the road.

Pop and pour. In the glass, crystal clear pale gold. On the nose, honeysuckle, lemon, and a bit of toasty oak. On the palate, ample acidity, loads of lemon, and a bit of saltwater - more full bodied than a Chablis, and sufficiently more so that I can't call it 'lean', but I see the family resemblance. This wants food, and specifically, it wants seafood.

Today's bottle was the best I have drank to date. Began with a toasted aromatic, evolved to a saline and lemon peel driven profile that had a lovely balance. The best Chard I have had in a glass for many months. This is for me about as good as Chard gets. Stunning.

I'm getting towards the end of my case of this and I'm genuinely quite upset. This is a brilliant, brilliant wine. It has the reductive, flinty nose that is completely reminiscent of Coche or Boisson-Vadot. Palate has precision and power - lots of stone fruit. This is juicy but any generosity is whipped into a linear, long finish. This is Grand Vin. I honesty don't want this bottle (or case) to end.

Upon opening, you get the typical butterscotch, vanilla nose that comes from Chardonnay, but it wasn't over the top. Palate bursts with tropical fruit and a layer of salinity that transports you to a beach in the South Pacific with a fresh cut pineapple. Delicious. Thanks Dave!
It has been 6 months since my last bottle and this has quickly evolved into a remarkable, almost stunning wine. Nose reminds me again of St. Aubin with aromas of citrus, stone and vanilla, very appealing. It's lean on the palate, but at the same time there are almost explosive flavors of lemon, mineral, vanilla and floral notes. The oak has been handled so deftly that the vanlla tones are a welcome voice rather than overwhelming the wine. Excellent!

This one was a beautiful chard. The nose and palate were fairly in sync with notes of yellow fruit, citrus and some sweet brown spice. A slight hint of vanilla was present on the finish that left the sweet scent of creme brûlée in the empty glass. What was really impressive was the impeccable balance of this wine. While there were some rich tones to complement the acidity and fresh fruit flavors, nothing was heavy at all, nor was any particular note or component especially dominant. Just a seamless, sophisticated and engaging wine that was really hard to put down.

From two vineyards, and vinified separately. Mallo started but not completed. Fresh green apples, citrus and some floral notes dominated the nose. On the palate there is a juicy but rather soft acidity with some lemon notes. The finish has a fresh expression of minerality. Great and well balanced Chardonnay.

As many others have noted, this is really good. Well-utilized oak, and good acidity. If served blind, I think I could have easily mistaken for a white Burg (reminds me of a Lamy wine I recently had). Should age well over the medium term.

If tasted blind, I would have placed this wine into Mersault. It is very precise, with a nose of lemon curd, minerality and some white peach. The use of new oak is very delicate, but still enough to add an extra dimension. This Chard has so much potential, I guess it will age beautiful.

Medium yellow color. What a crazy/awesome aromatic burst: lemon curd, lime peel, papaya, topped with crushed shells, chalk dusty, mountain stream, integrated notes of honeyed tea and toasted almond. Holy smokes. On the palate, this is medium/light bodied but not lacking in mouthfeel. So tangy and lively with its acidity, but balanced by richness of fruit (lemon curd, lime peel, tangerine). I get a complex host of sea salt, almond, floral perfume, chalk dust, mineral water, and kisses of cinnamon and green tea. Precise and nervy but so damned delicious, it tingles the palate for so long after the sip goes down. One of the most dynamic, thrilling and profound America Chardonnays I have tasted in a long time. A blend of two sites, Trout Gulch and Zayanta, this is barrel fermented (20% new oak) and aged 18 months.
Drank this over two days and tried to serve it at 55-60 degrees (per Jamie's recommendation). It certainly has the stuffing for some serious aging. Racy acidity with wonderful balance and beautiful weight. Bright notes of fresh lemon dominate with nuance of limestone and white flowers that offer a level of intrigue. Will be interested to see how this develops over the next handful of years.

Three blind 2014 Chards: Served single blind (to me), double blind (to guests) in a flight of three 2014 Chardonnays, one each from Burgundy, Sonoma and Oregon. Beautiful full nose has rich orchard fruits, mineral, light citrus zest and just a whiff of wood. On the palate this has serious acidity and stuffing. The most cut and tension of the three wines and my favorite by a hair, in a very good flight.

Adding to the chorus of glowing notes on this: it's just excellent. The nose has distinct lemon curd aromas, complemented by a touch of richness that just edges towards buttery. The palate is a full of such impressively concentrated fruit and minerally grippiness, with layers of flavor that go on and on. No evidence of oak on the mouth, to my palate. Very excited to see how this ages.

Opened about 30 mins ago, getting better with air too as it gets some O2 love. Despite what some have said, there is some oak here but I call this out only to add some diversity to the notes. Just a hint of vanilla bean, a seasoning. Rocky, I can see the chalky comment that others are making, too. Yellow apple, lime. What grabs me in this bottle is all the intensity, the stuffing and yet there is nothing heavy here. It's just kind of a clean energy that cuts right through the core of the wine. Finishes creamy, with the shading of oak again. After about an hour or so, we finished this over dinner, when I felt like the structure faded and the creamy, limey tones carried the finish. Enjoyed this a lot.

Thrilling wine. Medium-intense nose of white flowers and citrus leads to a concentrated palate of citrus fruit, bright acids, and subtle minerals. The dry extract and depth--coupled with the balanced middleweight profile and pure fruit--make this a dead ringer for a very good village White Burg. One of the better CA whites I can remember and astounding for a first effort. One to seek out.

Out with friends (Scarecrow, Jonata, 7 Stones, Kutch, Rhys, Baumard) (University Circle): My first time trying the Chardonnay. Beautiful. Like a blend of California sunshine and Chablis minerality. The bottle was served at slightly cooler than cellar temps (maybe 50F). Light golden in color. Very nice nose with a slight chalkiness, and some bright red (fuji) apple fruit. Maybe a slight tropical sense to it, but very slight. On the palate, this has a creamy texture. Did this see oak? I don't taste it, but it has that feel or perhaps that is from stem inclusion? Not sure. In any event, the palate is all about the apples. Mostly green, some red, a slight cider note at the back end. Really delicious. This was the opening wine and I look forward to another bottle that I can really spend some time with. I am not sure I did not score it too low. In many ways, this reminds me of the Rhys Chards which I love.

Pop and pour and served without food. Followed for about 2 hours. Nice golden straw color. Nose of white flowers and some freshly cut pineapple. Tropical fruits of pineapple and fresh lychee with a good lemon and granny smith apple component. Acidity to give the wine lift. Rich texture and a long finish. This is delicious.

I will declare, I am not a fan of Chard but I love Kutch so wanted to give it a try. If I like a chard it's usually stainless steel not oaked. This chard has lots of fruit - lemon, pear, peach and was not heavy on the chard notes I normally don't enjoy. Was pleasantly surprised in how much we all enjoyed it.

Served at cellar temp (55). Golden color. Very aromatic as soon as it was opened. Aromas of lemon, lime and some apple, no oak noted. Lemon, lime, green apple, minerals on the palate. Starts with a higher acidity, that seems to mellow a little with time. Seemed to add a little weight with time. A hint of oak in the finish. Very good now, but I think will really improve with a year or two.

Similar to TLV I wanted to check in on these even though the bottles barely had a chance to relax after their long ride across country. PnP, crisp lemon / citrus notes and light on its feet. A bit more minerality would have really done the wine justice. Enjoyed with a variety of cheeses over an hour or two. The wine picked up a little bit of weight towards the last glass, but by that time we were already thinking of the reds and dinner. I would expect this to improve some, but enjoyable now.

I think the ink was still dry on the label. Delivered in the morning, into the ice bucket as soon as I got home. After a few hours, pop and pour. Beautiful golden color. Citrus nose of lemon, lime and some apple. Similar palate with no noticeable oak. A beautiful SCM Chard.
PnP. Lots of acid, not a lot of fruit yet. Has the character but not the taste of a very dry GG riesling. Will wait a while for the next one to see what develops. Could be waiting on a miracle.

This was opened a day after receiving my shipment. Very pale color. On the nose it's reminiscent of premier cru St. Aubin with aromas of mineral, citrus and creme chantilly. On the palate it has a lithe body of mineral, citrus, lemon, green apple, unripe green apple and vanilla. It's crisp and zingy, tasty and great with food. The unripe green apple does detract a little and makes it hard to gauge its aging capability. I really can't tell if the other elements will flesh out or if it will collapse in a sour mess. But for now it's Very Good to Excellent.

Right off the bat you're hit with sweet citrus on the nose: tangerine, clementine, candied lemon and lime zest. The next wave is honeydew melon and white flowers, and there's a salinity that undercuts it all. Tight and angular on the palate. Closed for sure. Lemon and lime and high acidity. Oak elements show after some air and warmth. Deliciously young. This is what Chardonnay should taste like, in my opinion. I've got 3 more I'm going to keep in the dark for a while.

Meget bra US Chardonnay.

Well, it needs some air but definitely Santa Cruz Chardonnay. And then the high high acid of Santa Cruz too. A classic example of the terroir. A ton of texture in there. To lay down. Since new world, give it six to eight months and then check in. If it functions like a Varner, probably bury it for five years.

What a tremendous bouquet on the 2014 Kutch Chard. Here I found crushed stone minerality up front, followed by lemon rind, young peach, and floral undergrowth. It was almost savory and gained richness the longer it stayed in the glass. On the palate, this was a textural joy, as saline-minerals and wet stone saturated the senses and then gave way to green apple acidity in a remarkably fresh yet pleasingly weighty and substantial performance. A long buzz of acidity lingered on the finish along with palate-coating minerals and citrus. More, please.

Opened for Falltacular, right into the glass. Beautiful, mixing lime skin, lemon light green apple and grapefruit. Minerally finish with medium weighted texture. I'm not sure what new oak may be applied to this but I don't see it, at least it is not in the wine's frame. What is here is plenty of energy and acidity fueling the finish. This is right up my alley, reminding me a lot of the Copain chards, with the crisp edge and purity. A+, Jamie.

Solid and a testament to the fine winemaking skills Jamie possesses. Crisp lemon, a tad bracing at times. Light straw in color with a very pleasant mid palate. If you were drinking it blind, one would peg it as a fine premier cru. Drink over the next five years.

Not nearly as vibrant and lovely as it was five years ago. Still a good wine made with a sense of place in a lean taut style. Lemon and chalk and stone, but all less so than before. A great first chard for this producer and something to be proud of, but on the slow decline IMO.

Remarkably good. Really, really impressive. And this from someone rarely fond of CA Chards. Slightly reductive nose initially. Some toast, ample lemon peel, and a waft of salinity. Almost a marine quality. Wet stones. Incredible acidity keeps this very refreshing and lively - kept me coming from more, palate never tired. Sad to only have one more bottle. Should buy more next time. I would happily drink this once or twice a week! Very food friendly.

Fresh green apples, citrus and some floral notes dominated the nose. On the palate there is a juicy but rather soft acidity with some lemon notes. The finish has a fresh expression of minerality. Great and well balanced Chardonnay.
