Among the most perfect examples of old DRC or old red burgundy I have ever experienced. Gloriously lifted, elegant, expressive, and ethereal bouquet of red roses, underbrush, dark cherry, and spice. Chai teas and coffee details. Spent espresso grounds. Texturally soft and tingly but has plenty of red fruit power. Completely beautiful, clearly in perfect condition, so fresh and clean, perfect development. Fine and silky. Tingly.

Wines of the Gods (House of AC and JC): Component of DRC Echezeaux and Grands Echezeaux vertical. Light ruby with mild rim bricking. Floral sous bois and Rada barn board nose. Ripe dried cranberry palate that exploded on the backend with hoisin spices, Russian Caravan tea and plough horse leathers. This is a holy grail wine, that burg boys and girls dream about-this bottle better than last bottle 5 years ago. Best now-2035.

Dry but layered red fruit with wonderful tea and spice notes. Hints of soil on the palate along with both dark sweet and savory spices. Good bottle. 94-95

(DRC Grands Echezeaux) This was sick wine. Wow!! Amazing aromas of underbrush, dark cherries, minerals, exotic spice. A new nuance every minute. Literally velvet on the palate with perfect symmetry and pretty perky acidity. Really profound stuff.

Superb nose of fresh strawberries with light red color showing the age. It’s my birth year so what can I say other than YEAH!

Acker 2019/11 (Valcluse): 06997/10340. Slightly corked, but on the palate what a charming sweetness and the vintage pedigree. NR
